Registration fees cover the assessment and onboarding of your profile. A refund request made before your resume review has started will be processed after deduction of payment gateway charges. Once the resume review or a consultation has been delivered, the fee is non refundable because the service has been performed.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within the timeframe set by Razorpay and your bank.
